Information we collect

• Your name, unit number, phone number, and email address when you contact us.
• The content of maintenance requests you send by text message, email, or our web form.
• Photos you attach to a request, and replies we send you about your request.

How we use it

• To match your message to your unit and open a maintenance ticket.
• To send you confirmations, status updates, and follow-up questions about your request by SMS or email.
• To assign work to maintenance staff and keep a record of completed work.

SMS messaging consent

There are two ways to opt in to SMS. On our web form at campbelz.net/request, you consent to SMS only when you actively check the optional, unchecked SMS consent box (“Yes, I agree to receive text updates about this maintenance request”). Merely providing a phone number or submitting a request without checking the box does not provide SMS consent. Separately, if you voluntarily send a text message with a maintenance request to our published maintenance number, (845) 999-6166, you initiate the conversation and we may reply about that request; our first reply reads: “Camp Belz Maintenance: You are subscribed to updates about your maintenance request. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.”

All text messages are sent by Protect Travel LLC, operating the Camp Belz Maintenance Desk. Messages are transactional only and relate to your own maintenance request: confirmation, follow-up questions, scheduling, status, completion, and feedback. We send no marketing or promotional messages, and we never send messages for any other business. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Information is shared only with the service providers who run this system for us (message delivery, email delivery, and hosting) and only as needed to operate the maintenance service.

Data retention and security

Requests and messages are kept as our maintenance records. Access is limited to authorized staff. You may ask us at any time to correct or remove your contact details.
